Random Name Picker

Draw winners from a list or a number range. Your text never leaves your browser.

    How to run a draw

    1. From a list: paste names, emails or prizes — one per line, or separated by commas.
    2. From a number range: set a range such as 1 to 100 to draw raffle ticket numbers.
    3. Choose how many to pick and press "Pick". Winners appear in the order they were drawn. Press again for a fresh draw.

    Frequently asked questions

Is the draw really random and fair?

Yes. It uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues) with rejection sampling and a Fisher–Yates shuffle, so every entry has exactly the same chance of being picked.

Can the same name be picked twice?

Not within one draw. Each entry can be picked at most once. If a name appears twice in your list, it is treated as two separate entries — handy for giving someone an extra ticket.

    Is the result saved anywhere?

No. Results are only shown on your screen and are not stored. For a public giveaway, share your screen or take a screenshot of the result.
